Job summary

SATS Ltd. Singapore is seeking an experienced account management professional to act as the main point of contact for airline clients.

You will ensure smooth service delivery through audits and random sampling, coordinate inventory and meal presentations, and implement new requirements from airlines. You will build strong relationships with clients locally and at headquarters, anticipate changes, resolve issues, and support operations to meet airline expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of account management or operations experience.
• Excellent communication abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure delivery of services via audits and sampling.
