Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Singapore is seeking a Strategy & Operational Leadership professional to own quality and airworthiness programs across the organization. The role reports to the General Manager and Board, aligning quality metrics with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and auditors, champion root-cause analysis, PFMEA, and timely closure of findings, while coordinating with multiple regulatory authorities and external suppliers

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of aerospace MRO experience, including 5+ years in QA/Compliance/Audits.
Training in Civil Aviation Regulations: SAR145, FAR145, EASA145 & CCAR145.

Responsibilities

Own and steer quality metrics and improvement initiatives across the organization.
Act as primary quality and airworthiness authority on all quality system matters.
Lead the Corrective Action Board and drive Safety Management System (SMS) activities.
Manage external suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to meet airworthiness standards.
Drive adoption of digital solutions, data analytics, and automation to enhance QA visibility.
