Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead advanced process developments, optimize complex workflows, and mentor junior engineers.

You will drive CAPEX initiatives, implement Lean and Six Sigma, and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards across critical production lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering degree and 5–7 years in precision manufacturing, with CAD/CAM (Siemens NX/Unigraphics) experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing/Material Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Proven track record with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced manufacturing initiatives to develop and implement new methodologies and technologies.
• Create and optimize processes, JIS, NC programs, and tooling/gauge layouts using Siemens NX.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and shop-floor technicians.
• Drive Operational Excellence via lean initiatives, productivity improvements, and capacity studies.
• Formulate business justifications for CAPEX investments and lead root-cause investigations for complex issues.
• Champion EHS, Quality and CORE standards across operations.
