Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Singapore is seeking a Strategy & Operational Leadership role to own company-wide Quality, Safety, and Airworthiness. You will steer metrics, drive improvements, and act as the primary authority on QA matters across multi-jurisdictional regimes.

The role requires extensive aerospace MRO experience, formal aviation regulations training, and strong leadership to elevate the quality culture and regulatory standing while guiding supplier performance and digital QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / Quality Management required.
• Minimum 12 years aerospace MRO experience with 5+ years in QA/Compliance/Internal auditing.
• Training in SAR145, FAR145, EASA145; CAAS/L11-L12/C01 or M10 desirable.
• ICAO SMS training completed.
• Experience with ISO 9001/AS 9110 quality systems and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer QoS metrics and improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Act as primary quality and airworthiness authority for all QA matters.
• Lead regulatory audits and compliance oversight across multi-jurisdictional authorities.
• Direct QMS, ensuring alignment with manufacturer manuals and SBs.
• Oversee supplier and service provider qualification and performance.
• Authorize technician work certifications and new repair capabilities.
• Mentor and build a high-performing team of quality engineers and auditors.
• Drive digital solutions and analytics to enhance QA visibility and COPQ tracking.
