Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore is seeking a Production & Material Strategy specialist to drive data-driven solutions for material shortages and to bridge supply chain and operations during dynamic production. You will identify constraints, coordinate across engineering and procurement, and develop mitigation plans with clear executive summaries.

Candidates have a bachelor’s degree and experience in production or manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Experience in project planning, production, operations, or manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyse and resolve material constraints.
Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to identify alternates or substitutions.
Expedite, swap/exchange or reallocate materials to meet urgent build requirements.
Track, report and follow up on mitigation actions to closure.
Review on-hand and in-transit materials to reallocate availability to priorities.
