Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking an Instructor Learning & Development to join the Learning & Development team. The role covers courseware development, course delivery and assessments in Aircraft Weight and Balance, Load Control and Dangerous Goods Regulations, ensuring staff stay certified to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include delivering training in person, virtually or hybrid, refining materials, supporting e-learning, and handling administrative tasks related to attendance, scores

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and refining courseware for regulatory domains.
• Ability to deliver instructor-led training in person, virtually, or in hybrid formats.
• Experience administering and scoring assessments with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training and assessments for Aircraft Weight and Balance, Load Control, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
• Develop, curate, and refine courseware and learning materials with up-to-date regulations and processes.
• Support E-Learning design and development with SMEs and external providers.
• Coordinate learning administration activities including attendance, scores, certificates, and logistics.
• Coach Associate Trainers to improve delivery and upskilling.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement after courses.
