Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Load Planner to coordinate the distribution of passengers, cargo, baggage and fuel to ensure aircraft balance and safety at Changi Airport.

The role includes preparing load sheets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with ground handling staff and flight crews. Training is provided, and a min Diploma is required; shift work is expected with a 44-hour week.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
• Comfortable with shift work.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load Planning: Calculate and plan the distribution of passengers, cargo, baggage, and fuel to ensure proper balance and weight distribution on the aircraft.
• Load Sheet Preparation: Prepare and verify load sheets, ensuring that all relevant data is accurate and complies with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Coordination: Communicate with ground handling staff, flight crew, and other relevant personnel to ensure that the aircraft is loaded according to the plan.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all load control procedures adhere to safety regulations and airline policies, minimizing risks associated with improper weight distribution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of load sheets, weight calculations, and any incidents or discrepancies.
