Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Account Manager who will report to the Head of Marketing. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and managing proposals and negotiations related to aircraft operator quotations.

The successful candidate will also provide customer support during aircraft input and assist with billing and payment settlements in line with contract terms, with additional duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• To identify potential customers and build up business relationships.
• To maintain relationship with current customer and gather market information.
• To prepare and submit proposals in response to aircraft operator’s request for quotations.
• To conduct negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions of contract.
• To provide customer support during aircraft input.
• To ensure that the customers are billed in accordance with terms of the contract and provide Finance assistance in the settlement of payments.
• Other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Marketing.
