Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a seasoned Customer Projects Manager to lead aircraft maintenance projects from initiation to delivery. You will be the primary customer contact, coordinating planning, engineering, production, SCM, and finance to deliver safe, on-time, quality results aligned with commercial expectations.

The role requires strong aviation knowledge, project management, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent aviation experience.
• 4+ years of aviation experience, preferably in MRO or aircraft maintenance.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance projects from kickoff to release.
• Lead customer input meetings to confirm scope.
• Develop and maintain GANTT charts, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor financial performance: costs, payments, and margins.
• Coordinate with SCM for parts pricing and supply risks.
• Open work orders in SAP and provide status updates.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
• Support successful release of aircraft to service.
