Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Customer Projects Manager to own aircraft maintenance projects from initiation to release. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and commercial alignment.

The role requires aviation knowledge, strong project management, and a customer-centric mindset. You will balance scope, schedule, and cost while proactively identifying risks and opportunities in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Aviation knowledge and project management capability are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of aviation experience, preferably in MRO or aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage aircraft maintenance projects from kickoff to release.
• Lead customer meetings to confirm scope and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones (GANTT charts).
• Monitor financials, including costs, payments, and margins, and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SCM, engineering, production, and finance to keep projects moving.
