Job summary

PAVE System Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Presales Engineer to design and propose AV and collaboration solutions that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to deliver effective and commercially viable solutions.

You will analyze requirements, prepare technical proposals and designs, and support sales with technical discussions to ensure the proposed solution aligns with customer needs and company capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Audio Visual, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of presales or technical sales experience in AV or related industry.
• Knowledge of AV systems, collaboration solutions, and system integration principles.
• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or solution design.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to design and propose tailored AV and collaboration solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution designs, quotations, and supporting documentation.
• Support sales teams by delivering presentations and engaging in technical discussions with customers.
• Align proposed solutions with customer needs and company capabilities to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and execution.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies,and competitor offerings to inform solution development and sales strategies.
