Job summary

Crestron Electronics is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Singapore to support key accounts with AV system design, demonstrations and technical training. You will design and implement demonstration systems, present AV solutions to sales teams and customers, and collaborate with the sales team to drive initiatives.

You should have 1-3 years of AV design/integration experience, plus strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in audio, video and related AV design/integration industries.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, design principles and demonstrations.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Call on key accounts to support technical teams with demonstrations and training.
• Design and implement demonstration systems.
• Elaborate and present AV solutions for sales teams and customers.
• Work with Sales to support initiatives.
• Provide on-site pre-sales support to dealers and customers.
• Deliver foundational technical design training at CTI Singapore Training Centre or remote sites.
• Ensure customers receive world-class support.
