Job summary

You will work with engineers and project teams, attend service calls, diagnose faults, and assist with upgrades and configurations. Successful candidates have at least 1 year in AV, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve AV, control, conferencing, and basic network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Attend service calls and carry out fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Support minor system upgrades, configuration, and replacement works.
• Build good working relationships with customers and ensure timely service support.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
