Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in AV field.
• Strong understanding of audio-video engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with videowalls, LED displays, video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers, and control systems.
• LED repair knowledge is a plus.
• Team player capable of working independently.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite testing and commissioning of completed projects.
• Identify and resolve issues related to defective or malfunctioning equipment.
• Test cables and products before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly and equipment setup.
• Oversee onsite testing and commissioning processes for projects.
• Provide support for preventative maintenance, setup, and operation of audio and video systems.
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot incidents, and identify root causes.
• Research, design, and implement audio processing modules and diagrams for AV/VC/control systems.
• Compile and analyze weekly, incident, and service reports.
• Communicate progress to the Project Lead/Director and manage updates.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as needed.
