Job summary

Golden Bridge Infotech Global is seeking an AV Service Engineer to join our service and maintenance team in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on support for key account customers, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and system health checks.

You will work with engineers and project teams, attend service calls, diagnose faults, and assist with upgrades and configurations. Successful candidates have at least 1 year in AV, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

As Golden Bridge continues to grow, we’re looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused AV Service Engineer to join our service and maintenance team, supporting our key account customers.

The position will report to the Project Engineering Team Lead and work closely with our engineering and project teams.

What you’ll do:

• Provide dedicated maintenance and technical support to key account customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV, control, conferencing, and basic network-related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
• Attend service calls and carry out fault diagnosis and rectification
• Support minor system upgrades, configuration, and replacement works
• Build good working relationships with customers and ensure timely service support
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AV industry, either in a Project Engineer or Service Engineer role
• Knowledge of professional AV systems, video conferencing, control systems, and networking
• Good hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused with good communication and service skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned customer accounts
• Willing to learn and develop technical capabilities across different AV technologies
