Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking an AV Technical Documentation & Knowledge Base Specialist to create, maintain, and organize our technical knowledge base for AV solutions. You will transform complex AV concepts into clear guides, diagrams, and how-to resources for engineers, pre-sales, and clients.

You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to capture details, update articles in Confluence, SharePoint, or Zendesk, and ensure documentation is current and accessible across the

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing, documentation, or AV engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems (DSPs, control systems, AV over IP).
• Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, user-friendly knowledge base articles on AV concepts, products, and integrations.
• Produce configuration and setup guides for key AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Shure).
• Create technical diagrams, including single-line diagrams, signal flow charts, and rack layouts.
