A leading AV solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an AV Technical Documentation & Knowledge Base Specialist to create and maintain our technical knowledge base for AV solutions. You will produce high-quality documentation and diagrams, transforming complex AV concepts into user-friendly guides. The ideal candidate has over 3 years in technical writing and strong knowledge of AV systems. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing, documentation, or AV engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems including DSPs and control systems.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed knowledge base articles on AV concepts.
• Produce configuration and setup guides for AV brands.
• Create technical diagrams and maintain standardized templates.
