GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior strategist for the AVID team to drive autonomous vehicle program ownership, from partner integration to deployment and operations.

You will interact with Grab senior leadership and external technology partners, shaping high-stakes programs in a regional mobility context. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, build scalable governance, and set KPI-driven performance measures in collaboration with engineering, policy, and commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end program leadership across AVID functions and lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver complex programs end-to-end across AVID's core functions (AV partner integration, deployment, regulatory engagement, operations).
• Serve as a deep-dive expert for market-level and functional teams, solving ambiguous problems with strategic and operational feasibility analysis.
• Own the build and tracking of scorecards and OKRs, ensuring visibility and alignment with targets.
• Set up and run 'Strategic Rhythm' meetings (MBRs/QBRs) and partner governance forums to drive decisions.
• Maintain senior stakeholder alignment, surface blockers, and collaborate with executives to resolve impediments across functions.
• Design scalable program management processes and rhythms to enable AVID to scale from zero-to-one.
