You will lead high-priority strategy projects and end-to-end transformations, including post-merger integration workstreams across Southeast Asia. The role blends rigorous consulting discipline with practical business execution across tech, commercial, and operations. Reporting to the Head of the team, you will frame ambiguous problems, align diverse stakeholders, and drive ground-level

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy/management consulting experience, preferably with MBB or equivalent.
• Proven ability to frame complex problems into MECE workstreams.
• End-to-end program ownership and delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic projects and transformation programs.
• Oversee post-merger integration workstreams across regional markets.
• Frame analyses clearly, align stakeholders, and drive implementation for measurable impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop actionable roadmaps and ensure value capture.
