Job summary

GRABTAXI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operator / Safety Operator to oversee safe testing, deployment, and operation of autonomous vehicles within Singapore’s urban landscape, ensuring compliance with LTA regulations.

You will drive in manual and autonomous modes, monitor system performance, conduct inspections, and collect data while engaging with passengers and upholding Grab’s service standards and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license with clean record.
• TDVL/PDVL with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proficient with tablets, diagnostic tools and basic software interfaces.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus for passenger interaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles in manual and autonomous modes, intervening for safety.
• Monitor AV system performance and report anomalies.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and log maintenance issues.
• Follow emergency protocols for incidents.
