Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking personnel to deploy and operate the autonomous driving fleet at a port site. The role involves on-site function tests and reporting, plus troubleshooting to keep systems and equipment running smoothly.

You will engage in technical communication with customers and stakeholders, translating specifications as needed and coordinating between English- and Mandarin-speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and office software; basic network diagnosis helpful.
• Strong communication, patience, and coordination; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Class 3 driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate the autonomous driving fleet at the port site.
• Complete on-site function tests and output test reports.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose on-site software/hardware issues; ensure system stability and daily equipment use.
• Assist or independently conduct technical communication and coordination with customers and related parties.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, and document reports with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China.
