Job summary

Land Transport Authority is seeking a Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager, Deployment Ops in Singapore to lead AV deployment initiatives within the Centre for Autonomous Mobility. You will own the programme schedule, drive delivery across workstreams, and manage operators, developers and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure smooth AV deployments.

Qualifications

Knowledge preferably in Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on programme management and project planning.
Experience in operations management, contracts or vendor management.
Has a strong programme or project management track record
At least 2 years planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects or programmes.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage each deployment programme, building the plan, schedule and milestones.
Drive deployment operations on the ground from planning through AV applications, testing and service launch.
Coordinate across stakeholders including operators, developers, industry partners and government agencies.
Communicate deployment progress to leadership with clear recommendations and status reports.
