Job summary

LTA in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager, Deployment Ops (Centre for Autonomous Mobility) to lead AV deployment from planning through service launch, owning the programme schedule and milestones, and coordinating operators, developers and infrastructure stakeholders.

You will identify risks, align deployment plans with transport strategies, drive end-to-end deployments across workstreams, and report progress to leadership while partnering with communications teams and external

Qualifications

Knowledge preferably in Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on programme management and project planning.
Experience in operations management, contracts or vendor management.
Has a strong programme or project management track record.
At least 2 years planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects or programmes.
Organised and meticulous - comfortable owning detailed plans, tracking progress against baseline, and keeping many moving parts on schedule while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Works well across stakeholders - listens, builds alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners, and drives to outcomes independently while having the right instincts to know when to escape for decision-making.
Communicates clearly - writes and reports well, with an eye for detail.
Takes initiative and stays calm in ambiguity - AV deployment is new ground, so plans will change and you'll help shape them.
