Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking personnel to deploy and operate autonomous driving fleet at a port site. The role includes on-site testing, reporting, and resolving hardware/software issues to ensure continuous operation.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with stakeholders in China. The candidate should be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and possess basic Linux command-line skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and basic office software; basic network diagnosis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset; able to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate the autonomous driving fleet at the port site.
• Complete on-site function tests of the autonomous driving system and output test reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site software/hardware issues; ensure stable system operation.
• Coordinate with customers and related business parties to facilitate technical discussions.

Job description

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the deployment and system operation of the autonomous driving fleet at the port site;
• Complete the on-site function test of the autonomous driving system according to the needs of research and development or project, and output the test report;
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, positioning and solution of on-site software and hardware system problems, and ensure the stable operation of the system and the normal use of daily basic equipment of the vehicle;
• Assist or independently undertake technical communication and coordination with customers and related business parties.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, documenting reports in bothENGLISHandMANDARINwith stakeholders in China who communicate solely inMANDARIN.

Requirements

• Proficient in using computer and office software, with basic network diagnosis and Linux command line operation experience is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, patience, good at communication and coordination, good pressure resistance;
• Willing to support 12-hours rotating shift.
• Proficient (written and spoken) inENGLISHandCHINESE(Min B3 in GCE "O" LevelCHINESE)or equivalent)to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications, and prepare reports withMANDARIN-SPEAKINGONLYstakeholders in China.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus
