Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for a role in Deployment Ops (Centre for Autonomous Mobility). You will plan and manage AV deployment programmes, coordinating with operators, developers, and infrastructure partners to deliver safe, scalable services.

Drive end-to-end deployments—from planning, applications, approvals, testing to launch—while maintaining tight timelines and mitigating risks. Excellent PM track record and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on programme management and project planning.
• Experience in operations management, contracts or vendor management.
• Has a strong programme or project management track record.
• At least 2 years planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects or programmes.
• Organised and meticulous — owning detailed plans, tracking progress and keeping many moving parts on schedule.
• Works well across stakeholders — builds alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners, and drives to outcomes independently.
• Communicates clearly — writes and reports well, with an eye for detail.
• Takes initiative and stays calm in ambiguity — AV deployment is new ground, so plans will change and you’ll help shape them.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage each deployment programme.
• Drive deployment operations on the ground from planning through AV applications, vehicle approvals, testing and service launch.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to align requirements and secure support.
• Communicate deployment progress to leadership with clear, concise reports.
