Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-based leader in Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is seeking senior software engineers to design and deploy autonomous AI agents across its platform. You will build scalable architectures and integrate agents with internal services to automate infrastructure actions, code generation, and system self-healing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in production-grade Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern agentic frameworks and LLMs.
• Experience deploying AI features into cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable multi-agent architectures to automate NeoCloud workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and APIs to trigger infrastructure actions.
• Develop autonomous agents that can generate code, refactor software, and analyze telemetry to self-correct issues.
• Architect memory systems to maintain continuity across long-running tasks.
• Implement RAG pipelines to ground agent decisions in telemetry data.
• Establish Harness engineering practices for deployment, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes and Infrastructure teams to integrate agents into the platform control plane.
