Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is hiring a senior software engineer to design scalable multi-agent architectures for automating NeoCloud workflows. You will integrate AI agents with internal services and APIs to autonomously trigger infrastructure actions, and build memory models and RAG pipelines for reliable, self-correcting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) and frontier LLMs (OpenAI, Claude).
• Proven ability to design complex systems mapping business processes to reusable AI logic.
• Experience deploying AI features into cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes internals, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness).
• Strong telemetry/observability knowledge (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Leadership and strong communication in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable multi-agent architectures to automate NeoCloud workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services, SaaS platforms, and APIs to trigger infrastructure actions.
• Develop autonomous agents that generate code, refactor software, and analyze telemetry for self-correction.
• Architect memory systems for agents ensuring continuity across long-running tasks (MCP).
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for reliable data grounding.
• Establish guardrails with LLM-as-a-Judge mechanisms for performance and security.
• Promote Harness CI/CD practices for deployment, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes and Infrastructure teams to embed agents into the platform control plane.
