Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-based world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment, and lead incident response across multi-cloud environments.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, Ansible and Helm on Kubernetes, strengthen security with Zero Trust and SOC2/ISO27001 controls, and collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security and Business teams to boost observability using Prometheus, Grafana and

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE or Cloud Infrastructure experience.
Strong automation mindset with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Experience across multi-cloud environments and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML workloads.
Lead incident management, perform RCA, and implement remediation plans.
Establish governance, security controls, and continue SOC2/ISO27001 alignment.
Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security and Business teams to improve workflows.
Enhance observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.
IaC champion with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm on Kubernetes clusters.
Design high-availability architectures and disaster recovery strategies.
Build cloud-native infrastructure for AI workloads and GPU clusters.
