Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a senior software engineer to design autonomous AI agents and scalable architectures for its cloud and data platforms. You will work with Python, TypeScript, LangGraph, CrewAI, and frontier LLMs, building robust systems and integrating with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong cloud-native skills, and a track record of delivering scalable, reliable software in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in production-grade Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern agentic frameworks and working with frontier Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable multi-agent architectures to automate NeoCloud engineering workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services, SaaS platforms, and APIs to autonomously trigger infrastructure actions.
• Develop autonomous agents that can generate code, refactor software, and analyze telemetry to self-correct system issues in real-time.
• Architect memory systems for agents to ensure continuity across long-running tasks.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ground agent decisions in telemetry data.
• Enforce evaluation and guardrails via LLM-as-a-Judge mechanisms for reliability and security.
• Establish Harness engineering practices for deployment, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes and Infrastructure teams to integrate agents into the platform control plane.
