Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a senior software engineer to design scalable, multi-agent architectures that automate NeoCloud engineering and business workflows. You will integrate AI agents with internal services and APIs, enabling autonomous infrastructure actions and real-time self-correction across telemetry data.

You will develop memory systems for long-running tasks, deploy RAG pipelines, and enforce guardrails with LLM-based decision making. Collaboration with Kubernetes and infra teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with production-grade Python and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and frontier LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience in designing complex, scalable AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable multi-agent architectures to automate NeoCloud workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and APIs to trigger infrastructure actions.
• Develop autonomous agents that can generate code, refactor software and self-correct telemetry issues.
• Architect memory systems for cross-task continuity using MCP or similar protocols.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ground agent decisions.
