How 2 Design Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive showroom sales professional to drive in-store and virtual client engagement in Singapore. You will demonstrate and present our products, manage enquiries, and guide customers through the full sales process from lead to delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible in showroom gallery sales.
• Meeting with clients virtually & handling enquiries.
• Demonstrating and presenting products/services.
• Proactively maintaining good relationships management with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from generated leads/gallery sales to closure and completion of works.
• Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
• Maintaining accurate customer records.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Guide customer with materials selection.
• Customer service and guide on procedures.
