Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated Motor Claims Advisor to handle accident reporting and liaise with insurance companies on motor claims matters.

You will support the preparation and submission of insurance claims, review vehicle repair history, and maintain accurate records, contributing to timely processing and excellent customer service in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as Motor Claims Advisor or Service Advisor.
• Experience handling motor claims and liaising with insurers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle accident reporting and liaise with insurance companies on motor claims matters.
• Support the preparation and submission of insurance claims, including initial claim documentation and GIA reports.
• Assist with costing, estimates and claims administration, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
• Review vehicle repair history and highlight repeated complaints or abnormalities to the relevant team.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks relating to body and paintwork repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repair details and claim documentation.
• Assist the claim administrator and relevant teams with day-to-day administrative matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
