Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a role focused on accident reporting coordination and liaison with insurers. You will review vehicle histories, inspect vehicles under repair, and perform related admin duties in a busy workshop environment.

Applicants should hold a valid Class 3 license; motor claims experience is a plus, and training will be provided. The position is centered around a structured 5.25-day work week at site locations in Benoi and Ubi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate accident reporting processes.
• Liaise with insurance companies on motor claims and accident-related matters.
• Review vehicle repair histories and highlight abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles undergoing bodywork and paint repair services.
• Perform administrative duties related to vehicle costing, insurance claims, and maintenance records.
• Support the team with other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Salary: $2,500 - $3,400
• Working Location: Benoi / Ubi
• Working days & hours: 5.25 days work week (mon – fri 8am – 7pm, alternate sat 8am – 1pm)
