Job summary

You will manage appointment scheduling, answer questions about BYD vehicles, and ensure a smooth, professional service experience. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving to resolve issues, log interactions in the helpdesk, and escalate complex cases to senior staff.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; automotive courses preferred.
• Experience in automotive customer service or tech support is desirable.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information on BYD vehicles and services.
• Schedule, reschedule appointments with dealerships or service centers.
• Maintain records of interactions in the helpdesk system.
• Stay updated on automotive trends and service procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support.
• Collect customer feedback to improve services.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction.
