Job summary

BYD BY 1826 (SUNTEC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Car Sales Admin to support the Sales Department with the documentation and administrative processes behind every vehicle sale, serving as the key link between Sales Consultants, customers and internal teams.

You will ensure paperwork is accurate and processed on time from order to delivery, handle data entry and filing, prepare basic reports, and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an automotive dealership or sales admin role is an added advantage
• Good understanding of vehicle registration and financing processes preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales Consultants and customers to collect and verify required documents
• Prepare and process sales-related paperwork, including agreements, invoices, and delivery orders
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Organise and maintain filing of sales contracts, invoices, and related documentation
• Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely completion before delivery
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal use
• Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required
