Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Software Testing/QA/QE roles.
• Experience with regression and performance testing tooling.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with risk compliance and process validation.
• Expert in test planning, metrics, and defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8-10 automation engineers across regression and performance tracks.

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Manager / Lead to drive quality excellence across software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing automation teams, with expertise across regression, performance, API, and functional testing disciplines.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering roles;
• Must have in test automation tools for regression and performance (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, NeoLoad);
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD;
• Experience with configuration tracking, process validation, and risk compliance;
• Strong expertise in regression, performance, API, and functional testing strategies;
• Demonstrated experience in test planning and estimation, quality metrics governance, and defect lifecycle management.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and productivity improvements is preferred.

• Lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality;
• Support agile software development practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers to align quality goals with business needs;
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality objectives.
