Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst for the Enterprise IT unit at the Centre for IT Services. You will identify, design, develop, test and manage automation solutions for business processes, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver impactful automation projects.

You will monitor performance, adjust where necessary, and drive adoption of IT automation through training and change management, staying ahead of automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ IT experience with systems analysis and design.
• Ability to analyse complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience creating process maps, flowcharts and models.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with automation tools such as RPA, workflow systems, and scripting (e.g. Python).
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Develop project plans and timelines for automation initiatives.
• Design and develop automation solutions meeting business needs.
• Test and implement automation with stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor performance of automation solutions and adjust as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Lead adoption of IT automation, including training and change management.
• Create training materials and conduct clinics to enable automation adoption.
• Keep up with trends in automation tools and technologies.
