Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
- 0–3 years in technology business analysis or related delivery roles.
- Understanding of requirements gathering and SDLC basics.
- Ability to document requirements, user stories and process flows.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and flows.
- Analyse as-is and to-be processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Support management reporting, dashboards and workflow automation initiatives.
- Coordinate testing activities including SIT/UAT and defect tracking.
- Collaborate across business, technology, governance and risk teams.
