Job summary

adesso Singapore is building a regional hub for Business Automation, workflow and AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. As a hands-on BPM & Automation Consultant, you will blend business analysis, process thinking and solution delivery to support client engagements.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders, with opportunities to influence architecture and delivery across projects in Asia and Europe, in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in BPM, workflow automation, business analysis or related digital solution environments.
• Experience in implementation or delivery-focused project roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Practical and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international and fast-growing environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process models and solution concepts
• Create and maintain BPMN models and support case management modelling activities
• Support the implementation of workflow, BPM and digital process solutions
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers and project teams during delivery
• Support testing, UAT activities and go‑live preparation
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to solution presentations
• Prepare functional documentation and implementation support materials
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives across projects
