Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore to develop new business with direct customers and partners, promote automation products, and tailor technical solutions to customer requirements.

You will handle proposals, training, and field visits to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a diploma or degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics/automation, with preferred experience in industrial automation or motion control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation, motor or motion control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and business partners.
• Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' technical and application requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare product introductions, technical proposals and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product application issues.
• Follow up closely on customer projects from initial enquiry through technical discussion, quotation and project progress.
• Conduct product and technical training for distributors, business partners and customers when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow account sales.
• Gather market and customer feedback and provide input on product requirements and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal technical, product and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.

Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)

Salary: $4000 - $6000 + Commission
