Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore (Macpherson) to drive new business and promote automation and motion control solutions. You will work with customers, distributors and partners to identify needs and propose suitable product solutions.

Role requires a technical background in electrical/electronics/mechatronics and exposure to industrial automation. Driving license and own vehicle are preferred for field activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation, motor or motion control preferred.
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and business partners.
• Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' technical and application requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare product introductions, technical proposals and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product application issues.
• Follow up closely on customer projects from initial enquiry through technical discussion, quotation and project progress.
• Conduct product and technical training for distributors, business partners and customers when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow account sales.
• Gather market and customer feedback and provide input on product requirements and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal technical, product and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.

Sales Engineer

• Location: Macpherson
• Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)
• Salary: $4000 - $6000 + Commission
