Job summary
MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead a group of 10 automation engineers in regression and performance tracks. You will design robust test plans and QA frameworks to drive product quality, while aligning with business needs.
The role requires 5+ years in software testing, strong expertise in Agile/DevOps/CI-CD, and hands-on experience with Tosca and NeoLoad to optimize testing lifecycle and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in software testing, QA or quality engineering.
- Proficiency with regression and performance test automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with risk compliance, validation and governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage group of 10 automation engineers across regression and performance tracks.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, frameworks and standards.
- Design and run comprehensive test plans: functional, regression, performance and API.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
- Collaborate with BAs, PMs, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate testing lifecycle.
- Lead efforts to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
- Support agile practices and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment of quality goals with business needs.
- Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
