Job summary

geeco asia pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (Automation) to lead enterprise automation initiatives across multiple engineering teams.

The ideal candidate blends strong program management with technical knowledge of automation to drive efficiency and standardization. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align roadmaps with business goals, and govern budgets and risks while collaborating with product, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IT, Engineering, BIS or related field.
• 7+ years in Program/Project Management or Engineering Management.
• Experience managing enterprise technology programs incl. software, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure or automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong PM skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder and risk management, delivery governance.
• Solid SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, test/infra automation knowledge and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation programs on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive adoption of automation solutions across software development, infrastructure, testing, deployment and operations.
• Track milestones, budgets, resources, risks and KPIs; provide regular leadership updates.
• Establish governance, PM standards and continuous improvement to boost productivity and excellence.
