Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage automation equipment programs across the region. You will drive revenue growth through new business development, account management, and strong customer relationships.

You will prepare forecasts, quotations, RFQs, and sales presentations, coordinate internal teams, attend industry events, and travel regionally as required. A degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics and relevant sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/account management in automation sectors.
• Degree/diploma in mechanical or mechatronics.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and programs for automation equipment projects, ensuring customer, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive sales growth through new business development, customer acquisition, and account management.
• Prepare forecasts, quotations, RFQs, and sales presentations.
• Develop sales strategies and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams and support regional customer projects.
• Attend industry events and travel regionally as required.
