Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Genuine interest in using tech to solve business problems.
• Sharp communication skills — talk tech with techies and plain English with everyone else.
• An eye for detail and a love of getting things right.
• A team player who thrives working across departments.
• Bonus points: experience with Power Automate, RPA, Python, SQL or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Team up with stakeholders across the business to spot pain points and opportunities
• Analyze existing processes to find where automation can make the biggest difference
• Re-engineer workflows — redesign processes to cut redundancy and boost efficiency
• Build with IT — support the rollout of automation tools and track their real-world impact
