Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA, industrial control systems, and troubleshooting to enhance system reliability.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis within industrial automation systems.
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills to support maintenance and operational teams.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless maintenance activities.
• Willingness to support plant maintenance activities and respond promptly to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain industrial automation and control systems, including PLC, DCS, and SCADA, to ensure optimal plant performance
• Conduct routine functional inspections and perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on automation and control equipment to minimize downtime
• Diagnose system faults and implement corrective actions to maintain reliable operations
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, equipment and maintenance records, and safety procedures for compliance and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate and complete technical and equipment archives to support maintenance and audit requirements
• Coordinate and manage maintenance contractors by obtaining quotations, monitoring service activities, maintaining records, and updating contract management systems to ensure quality service delivery
• Prepare and maintain spare parts records and inventory ledgers, tracking stock movements to ensure accurate inventory management
• Provide technical support for IT-related systems and equipment as needed to support plant operations
• Assist with automation and control system improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and other technical assignments to enhance system performance
• Perform additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors or management to support operational needs
