Job summary
hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Instrumentation / Automation Technician to join the Maintenance & Utilities team in Singapore. You will maintain PLC and SCADA systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure accurate calibration of instrumentation across an industrial plant.
The role requires a Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics, PLC/SCADA certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
- PLC/SCADA Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in automation systems
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems
- Monitor and maintain SCADA systems
- Inspect and maintain field sensors and transmitters
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot automation and control system faults
- Ensure proper functioning of instrumentation devices
- Maintain documentation and calibration records
- Follow plant safety standards and procedures
