Job summary
Murata Electronics Singapore (PTE) LTD in Singapore is seeking an Electrical/Control Engineer for the Tuas site to lead automation projects. You will design, develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and PC-based software, and collaborate with Production, Product Design and Procurement.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of working experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient in PLC programming and high-level languages (C/C++, VB, Python).
- Experience with NC / Motion Control systems and vision systems.
Responsibilities
- Automation equipment software development (PLC program / PC based software).
- Electrical hardware design (control system, power circuit & devices).
- Equipment debugging / troubleshooting.
- Project scheduling, budget control, vendor coordination & reporting.
- Support or in-charge for factory automation processes & improvements.
- Ensure compliance to codes, QA/QC policies and ISO system.
