Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Lead Automation/Systems Engineer to guide project teams in the design, development and commissioning of control systems. You will translate specifications into robust electrical panels, control architectures and wiring schemas, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients.

The role requires hands-on PLC/DCS implementation, P&ID development, and on-site testing across facilities in Singapore and abroad.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people.
Lead engineer will mentor engineers and support training plans.
Design electrical panels, control architecture and wiring drawings.
Develop P&ID documentation for process clients.
Define and implement PLC/DCS configurations to meet client needs.
Testing and on-site commissioning of control systems.
Support process control clients at sites in Singapore and aboard.
Lead teams of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions.
Opportunity to manage small-scale projects (1–3 people).

Responsibilities

Consult with clients on digital transformation strategies within facilities.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver state-of-the-art control systems.
Provide control system design, testing and field commissioning.
Mentor engineers and support training plans for the team.
Lead small project teams and coordinate with clients.
Assist with project documentation and compliance practices.
