Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Manager in Singapore to lead the electrical engineering activities for advanced automation and semiconductor equipment.

You will oversee the full lifecycle, including architecture, design, PLC/HMI development, motion control, commissioning and troubleshooting, while developing the electrical team and collaborating with multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in electrical design or controls for automation equipment.
• At least 3 years in technical leadership or project leadership.
• Experience with semiconductor/precision automation equipment is highly relevant.
• Strong knowledge of PLC platforms such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Beckhoff or CODESYS.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools such as EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Lead full electrical lifecycle from requirements through design, commissioning and customer delivery.
• Develop and review electrical system architecture, BOMs and schematics.
• Provide PLC/HMI architecture and safety interlocks leadership.
• Guide development of automatic sequences, state machines and alarms.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Software and Process teams to meet schedule and cost goals.
• Coach the electrical team and allocate resources across projects.
• Support installation, commissioning and ramp-up at customer sites.
